About the 125FN4031
125FN4031 is a DC Drive in the FlexPak 3000 series, manufactured by Reliance Electric. This Drive is designed to work with the FlexPak 3000 Regulator software version 3. The drive is rated to have a power output of up to 125 horsepower. This non-regenerative device is intended to run at 460 VAC. The Drive logic inputs have a turn on voltage of 8 V. The logic outputs are intended to run at 30 volts DC with switching currents of 2 amps maximum resistive / 1 amp maximum inductive. The drive has three key analog inputs, with the core being the D-C tachometer feedback input. This feedback input must not exceed 250 volts and thus is limited in its top speed.
The DC drive controller primarily uses LCD and LED indicators to display changes in the system condition, including drive ready, current limit, and torque limit. On the LCD screen there is a drive status indicator, represented by a black bar when illuminated, to describe the current state of the controller. There are two LED indicators, which are used for status and service purposes, which can be found on the regulator board. Controlling the drive can be done via either the OIM programming keys or the drive control keys. The programming keys are intended to perform fine tuning of the drive as well as control user configurations and access logs. The FlexPak 3000 drive control keys are designed to control the motor by jogging, changing speed, stopping/resetting, or controlling external references.
