Product Description

125FR4031 is a FlexPak 3000 controller manufactured by Reliance Electric. This controller is regenerative with an operating voltage of 460 VAC. The maximum power output that the controller can tolerate is 125 hp, however, it may be able to handle higher power for short periods of time. Feedback from the motor is provided via a DC tachometer input. Tachometer voltage must be selected between 18.0V/1000RPM and 200.00V/1000 RPM. The output voltage at top speed must not surpass 250 Volts for DC or 275 RMS for AC.

The controller typically has an efficiency of 85% when connected to an appropriate motor. This design is intended to be used with a chassis setup, however, other variations of mounting exist. In the case of mounting inside a cabinet, a temperature of 45°C should not be exceeded at an altitude of 3300 feet above sea level. Humidity should be monitored to prevent condensation on the controller. This controller should be stored in its original packaging when not in use to ensure a long shelf life.
