About the 179126
The 179126 is a Reliance Electric FlexPak 3000 I/F Board. This board also has a similar version sold by Rockwell Automation. The 179126 is typically used in 7.5-5 HP 230 VAC drive systems. One board per drive is required.
The 179126 is a rectangular-shaped board with two smaller square cutouts removed from the center of the board. The remaining surface is printed with a grid pattern to allow for proper alignment and identification of parts. The board’s corners have been drilled in two different sizes in each corner to allow for mounting options.
The 179126 is populated with a number of different components including wire wound and metal film resistors, ceramic and film capacitors, and twelve transformers, six per board side. The board also includes two metal oxide varistors and two vertical pin connectors, as well as several white wired connectors with looped endings. The board is marked with its identification number and with the Reliance logo.
FlexPak 3000 drives are designed for precise control, high break-away torque, and rugged reliability. These drives offer full-wave power conversion without rectification using digital current major and minor loop for speed regulation or armature voltage.
