The 1FN2032 is a 1.0 HP FlexPak 3000 Non-Regenerative Drive created by Reliance Electric.
The 1FN2032 is 230 VAC/240 VDC and has a 10 amp full load rated RMS AC line current. It has an AC line frequency of 48/62 Hz. This drive has the ability to overload for 150% for a total of 1 minute.
The 1FN2032 has several features that come standard with most of the FlexPak 3000 drives. It has a 12-bit analog resolution and flexible digital signals. It can be set up so that it can act as a stand-alone system, it can be in a master/follower system, or it can be in a dancer position. It is 500 mm tall, 270 mm wide, 310 mm thick and weighs 26.4 kg. It is in a chassis type enclosure but there is a Reliance kit available that would allow the chassis to be converted so that it meets NEMA 1 standards.
The 1FN2032 has an operator interface that has an entry screen with an LCD monitor, drive control keys, and programming keys. There is a place on the LCD monitor that shows the parameter’s input range, entry sign, the main menu, the entry field, the present value, and the units the parameters are being displayed in. There are also LCD indicators on the right of the display screen and a white label that show what those LCDs indicate.
