About the 20FR2032

20FR2032 is a 20 HP drive controller that is made by Reliance Electric for the FlexPak 3000 series. The panel layout for the drive is very important for ensuring that the drive stays at the correct operating temperature (0-55°C). The drive must be installed inside of a cabinet. Mounting directions are included in the user instruction manual. Between drives inside of a cabinet, there must be at least 4 inches of space. There must also be at least 4 inches of space between the wall of the cabinet and each controller. The top and bottom of the drive must be at least 5 inches from the top or bottom of the drive cabinet. The top and bottom of the drive must also be at least 5 inches from the top or bottom of another drive. The arrangement of the drives inside the cabinet, when correct, allows for adequate ventilation of the drives.

The nominal voltage for a three-phase drive is 230 or 460 VAC. The voltage variation is +15% and -10% of the nominal voltage. The nominal line frequency is 50 or 60 cycles per second. The frequency variation is ± 2 cycles of the nominal frequency. The allowable A-C line symmetrical fault current (RMS) is a 5000 or 10000 amps. The A-C line distribution capacity is a maximum of 3 drives per transformer. The service factor is 1.0 continuous. The overload capacity for the controller only is 150% of the full load rating for one minute. The minimum load is 5% of the rated load. The humidity for the chassis and the cabinet is 5 to 95% non-condensing relative humidity. The speed range is 0 to the rated speed.
