About the 250FN4031

250FN4031 is a 460 VAC non-regenerative FlexPak 3000 drive controller that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This drive has a rated horsepower of 250 HP, unless a conversion kit is applied, in which case the rated horsepower is cut in half. The optional kit may add additional mounting depth to the drive’s mounting depth of 424.7 mm. The CS3000 is a Windows based software program which can be used to configure and operate GV3000/FlexPak 3000 drives from a personal computer. This software allows the user to create, store, upload, download, and print drive configurations; control the drive (start, stop, forward, reverse); monitor the drive status (faults, alarms, ready); drive metering (output speed, output current, etc.); monitor and change drive parameters in English instead of codes, compare drive and PC configurations, and read and reset the drive fault/alarm log.

File management on CS3000 drive software can be accomplished simply via the File and Configuration menus. The drive can be controlled via the following controls: Control Source Select, Forward/Reverse, Auto/Manual, Start, Stop/Reset, Jog, and Set Speed Reference. The Drive Control Panel displays output conditions such as: FlexPak 3000, Selected Reference, Motor Speed, Armature Volts, Motor Current, and Percent Load. The GV3000 settings for V/Hz are Selected Reference, Output Speed, Output Frequency, Output Amps, Output Volts, and Output kW. The GV3000 settings for vector are Selected Reference, Motor Speed, Motor Current, Motor Voltage, Motor Torque, and Output kW. This software is required to run the drive.
