Product Description

300FN4031 is a Non-Regenerative 460 VAC drive manufactured by Reliance Electric as a part of their FlexPak 3000 series. The horsepower rating is 300 HP and the armature is 500 VDC. The field current is 300 VDC. The dimensions are 599 mm (23.6 in) x 850 mm (33.5 in) x 470 mm (18.5 in) x 822.8 mm (32.4 in) x 424.7 mm (16.7 in). The weight is 100 kg (220.5 lb).

Under the Quick Start menu, the default acceleration rate is 5 seconds, and the default deceleration rate is 5 seconds. The default minimum speed is 250 RPM. An alarm will be generated if the minimum speed is less than 10% of the maximum speed. The default maximum speed is 500 RPM. Do not allow the motor to exceed its maximum speed. The default jog acceleration/deceleration rate (the time it takes the jog mode reference to reach top speed) is 3 seconds. The default jog speed (the operating speed while the drive is in jog mode) is 250 RPM. The positive current limit is 150% FLA, and the negative current limit is 150% FLA (regenerative drives only). The IR compensation is 0% FLA. The OIM displays the correct jumper positions J18 395 for J11, J14 and J18. Verify that the hardware for these jumpers is positioned the same before continuing with Quick Start. Selecting YES on the Self Tune? Screen proceeds with the Self-Tuning procedure. Pressing NO returns the display to the main menu.
