30FN4021 is a 30 horsepower non-regenerative drive manufactured by Reliance Electric as a part of their FlexPak 3000 series. This drive has a 460 VAC and can be converted into a 230 VAC with the 916FK0100 conversion kit. After conversion, the horsepower will be cut in half to 15 HP. The software version number is 2 and the drive is UL listed. The user is responsible for ensuring that the drive’s ambient temperature specification of 0 to 55° C is met and that its relative humidity is kept within 5% to 95% without condensation. Do not attempt to operate this drive unless you, the user, have professional knowledge concerning this equipment.

The JOG key is only active when the drive’s KEYPAD is in control mode. This key causes the drive’s reference to ramp up at the JOG/ACCEL/DECEL rate to jog speed. The drive reference ramps to zero at the same rate when this key is released. This request will be ignored if the drive status indicators show that the drive is “not ready.” The RUN key is only active when the keypad is in control mode. This key allows the motor to accelerate to the speed reference setpoint. For the STOP/RESET key, STOP is active at all times regardless of the CSS setting. The drive will stop in the selected stop mode when this key is pressed. RESET is active only if the drive is not running and CSS=KEYPAD. Drive faults and alarms will be reset when the RESET key is pressed.
