About the 5FN2032
The 5FN2032 is a Reliance Electric Flexpak 3000 Controller. This is a Non-Regenerative Controller rated at 230 VAC and 5 HP. If you require a Regenerative drive(required for reversing) with these specifications we suggest looking at the similar 5FR2032. The FlexPak 3000 controller is designed as part of the FlexPak 3000 series.
FlexPak 3000 systems are designed with a wide speed range and high break-away torque. They can be used for speed regulation if used in conjunction with a digital tachometer. FlexPak 3000 systems can be designed as standalone systems, set up in a master/follower configuration, or placed as a dancer position regulator. Depending on configuration, units are idea for use as conveyors, fiber drawing, textile or web processing, as well as for plastic or food extruders and mixers or agitators.
The front panel of this unit includes a large LCD display on the operator interface module to allow operators to operate and adjust the drive directly. The front panel also includes a number of input keys including drive control keys, programming keys, and a stop/reset button. Above this panel there is an open fused blower motor starter and two ac line fuses along with an ac line disconnect switch. Additional components like a regulator board and terminal strip are located within the unit’s compact chassis.
