About the 600FR4041
Reliance Electric manufactures 600FR4041, a 600 horsepower, Regenerative FlexPak 3000 drive. The armature is 500 VDC, the field is 300 VDC, and the rated field current is 15. There are many additional options for the FlexPak 3000 drive. The full load rated DC armature current is 960 and the full load RMS AC line current is 816. The ControlNet Communication board allows the drive to communicate over the open protocol ControlNet Network. This board mounts inside of the drive and includes terminals for network connections. The DeviceNet Communication board allows the drive to communicate over the open protocol DeviceNet Network. This board mounts inside of the drive and includes terminals for network connections.
The drive control configuration software CS3000-V6 is a Windows-based allows the drive to connect to aPC that supports Windows 3.1 or later. This software allows the user to create, store, upload, and download drive configurations. The Keypad Drive Configuration Module is an operator interface that allows the user to alter drive parameters and clear the drive’s alarm and fault log. The Keypad Operation Interface Module allows the user to control the drive. The OIM remote mounting kit allows for the user to mount the OIM up to 5 meters away from the drive.
