About the 60FR4032
The 60FR4032 is a FlexPak 3000 DC V*S 60 HP Regenerative Drive that was originally created by Reliance Electric.
The 60FR4032 is 460 VAC, 86 amps, and 50/60 Hz. This drive is 500 mm tall, 270 mm wide, 310 mm thick and 26.4 kg. It should be used in temperatures ranging from 0 to +55 degrees Celsius with a 5 to 95% humidity.
The 60FR4032 has many important features. On the top of the drive, there are AC line fuses, an AC line disconnect, and a fused blower motor starter. It has a built-in LCD operator interface module. It has 12-bit resolution analog signals. It has a quick start option that allows the user to quickly start-up and tune the drive. With a few modifications, this drive can be used with either a DeviceNet Communications network or with the AutoMax DCS-Net. It can be configured as a Stand-Alone unit, to be in a Master/Follower configuration, or to be in a Dancer Position configuration.
The user interface on the 60FR4032 has 6 drive control keys, 5 programming keys and an up/down/ left/ right arrow pad. It has an LCD display with a parameters menu, an entry field, a parameter present value field, and LCD status and control indicators. There are several display languages that include English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, and alphanumeric code. This user interface can be used to program drive controls and to view diagnostic information about the drive.
