About the 7FN2032
7FN2032 is a FlexPak 3000 non-regenerative drive controller that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. The input voltage is 230 VAC and the enclosure is a chassis. The nominal voltage for a three phase drive is either 230 VAC or 460 VAC. The voltage variation is +15% and -10% of the nominal voltage. The nominal line frequency is 50 or 60 cycles per second. The frequency variation is ± 2 cycles of the nominal line frequency. The allowable A-C line symmetrical fault current (RMS) is 5000 or 10000 amps.
The FlexPak 3000 drive has a 50/60 Hz AC line frequency input, a phase insensitive AC line input, semi-conductor fuse protection, full-wave and full control 6 SCR power conversion, burst firing of SCRs, and user adjustable settings. From the Quick Start Menu, the user can adjust the maximum speed, the minimum speed, the linear acceleration, the linear deceleration, the current limit, the I/R drop compensation, the jog speed, the jog acceleration/deceleration rate, and the reverse disable (on regenerative drives). The digital signals on the drive are jog, run, and stop inputs, forward/reverse, auto/manual, coast stop, motor thermostat diagnostic input, brush wear diagnostic input, drive running contact output/OCL enable, customer interlock diagnostic input, drive running contact output, drive alarm contact output, and drive fault contact output. The analog signals on the drive include speed feedback from the analog tachometer (250 VDC maximum input), 2 user-steerable 0-10 VDC analog outputs, 0-10 VDC manual speed reference, and user selectable +10 volt or 4-20 mA auto speed reference.
