Product Description

7FR2032 is a FlexPak 3000 regenerative drive controller that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. The input voltage is 230 VAC and the enclosure is a chassis. A NEMA 1 conversion kit is available if necessary. The A-C line distribution capacity is a maximum of 3 drives per transformer. For a 230 VAC line, the armature voltage is 240 VDC and the field voltage is 150 VDC. For a 460 VAC line, the armature voltage is 500 VDC and the field voltage is 300 VDC. The service factor is 1.0 continuous. The drive controller should be located in an area that is free of dust, dirt, acidic or caustic vapors, vibration and shock, temperature extremes, and electrical or electromagnetic noise interference. The armature voltage regulation is 2 to 3% of the base speed with IR drop compensation.
