About the 7FR4032
7FR4032 is a FlexPak 3000 regenerative drive controller that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. The input voltage is 460 VAC and the enclosure is a chassis. There are a number of optional controller modification kits available for the FlexPak 3000 drive. Installing the drive requires a specific panel layout the fulfills all requirements for the FlexPak 3000 drive. Install the drives in a cabinet. There should be 5 inches between the top and bottom of a drive adjacent to another drive or the top/bottom of the cabinet. There should be 4 inches between the left and right of the drive adjacent to another drive or the sides of the cabinet.
The OIM remote mounting kit allows the user to mount the OIM up to 5 meters away from the controller. The blower motor starter kit provides a fused A-C starter with an adjustable overload and interlocking for control of the three-phase blower motor used to cool the D-C motor. The high voltage tachometer follower kit allows the drive to follow an upstream analog tachometer signal from 10 to 250 VDC input. The A-C tachometer kit is only for non-regenerative applications and produces an analog A-C interface between the tachometer-generator and the drive regulator when speed regulation is desired. The enhanced field supply kit changes the field supply from 150 VDC to 240 VDC on 230 VAC input controllers. The NEMA 1 conversion kit converts the standard chassis into a NEMA 1 enclosure. The A-C line disconnect kit allows the user to quickly disconnect A-C line power from the drive. The inverting fault circuit breaker kit is for handling high inertia loads on regenerative controllers. The pulse tachometer kit acts as a digital interface between the pulse tachometer and the drive when the user wants to regulate drive speed.
