About the 901FK1102
The FlexPak 3000 Digital DC Drive may connect to the AC Line Disconnect Kit 901FK1102, which serves as an optional extension to the drive. The extension comes with a line disconnect switch for mounting using a chassis or NEMA 1 enclosure, a mounting hardware, and wire assemblies. The extension kit enables a positive disconnect of all input leads for the FlexPak 3000 drives. A mounting bracket is provided if the kit is to be installed with a NEMA 1 enclosure using a through-the-door operation of the circuit breaker. NEMA 1 enclosures are also provided using a locking bracket in order to avoid accidental switch operation.
A yellow test button is present on the breaker used to check its mechanical operation. The yellow button located usually on the lower right or lower left front of the circuit breaker enables the breaker to promptly trip open. If installed using a NEMA 1 enclosure, the yellow test button is not accessible. Use no more than 85% of the rated amps of the disconnect kit 901FK1102 to comply with NEC codes. The kit is designed for drives rated at 40 to 60 for 230 VAC or 75 to 125 HP at 460 VAC.
