Product Description

904FK0201 is a NEMA 1 conversion kit for 40-75 HP at 230 VAC or 75-100 HP at 460 VAC FlexPak 3000 Reliance Electric drives. In order to convert the standard chassis drive enclosure into a NEMA 1 enclosure, use this kit to make the conversion. This kit cannot be applied while the drive is mounted. Do not attempt to install this kit with power applied to the drive. With this drive installed, the dimensions of the drive are 18.9 inches x 37.8 inches. The attached depth is 13.1 inches. Install this kit by first disconnecting power to the drive. Then assemble the top and bottom NEMA 1 covers. Attach the covers to the drive. Mount the drive. Assemble and attach the front NEMA 1 cover. Turn on power to the drive and check for proper drive operation.
