About the 912FK0200

912FK0200 is a Dynamic Braking Kit for 230 VAC FlexPak 3000 Digital DC Drives without NEMA 1 enclosures that are manufactured by Reliance Electric. The associated drive horsepower for this kit is 20 HP. This kit includes a contactor, a suppressor, a resistor assembly, and an enclosure. A rotating DC motor can be slowed by dynamic braking, which is the purpose of this dynamic braking kit. Dynamic braking typically occurs after a drive fault or with a coast/DB stop command on the drive. The dynamic braking contactor, which is normally closed, closes when dynamic braking is initiated on the drive.
