The FP3000-S6R-450-AN-FC is a regenerative power module that was created and manufactured by Reliance Electric as part of the FlexPak 3000’s regenerative drives. The FP3000-S6R-450-AN-FC regenerative power module has been discontinued by Reliance Electric, but AX Control may have it either new or refurbished. The FP3000-S6R-450-AN-FC regenerative power module has an input power rating of 500 VAC, 50/60 Hz, and 390 Amps. The output power rating is set at 520 VDC and 450 Amps.

When you are ready to begin the installation process for the FP3000-S6R-450-AN-FC regenerative power module, you must not forget that you should set the Negative Current LIM parameter, which is only set for regenerative drives. This parameter’s code number is 006 and its default setting is 150% FLA. The parameter’s purpose is to select the largest amount of current to be used with the reverse bridge.  It is used as the lowest limit for the speed loop block when it is set to “REGISTER.” Keep in mind that the range is clamped to zero in regenerative drives if the “FEEDBACK SELECT” is set to either “AC TACH” or it is set to “PULSE TACH” while “PULSE TACH QUADRATURE” is set to “OFF.”
