14C102 is a FlexPak Plus Non-Regenerative Controller with an Auxiliary Panel and is manufactured by Reliance Electric.
This controller has a Horse Power rating that ranges from 0.5-1.5 and an AC Input drive rating of 230 volts. Within those ratings, this controller has a rated A-C line ranging from 3.5 to 10.5 amperes and an Input KVA ranging from .81 to 2.42. 14C102 also carries a D-C Armature Voltage of 180 and a Rated Armature Current of between 2.5 and 7.5 amperes. This part can survive in service conditions of between 5% and 95% non-condensing relative humidity.
The maximum speed on controller 14C102 can be adjusted between 50-100% of its rated speed, and the minimum speed can be adjusted between 10-50% of its rated speed. The acceleration rate is 0.5 to 30 seconds linear, and the deceleration rate is 0.5 to 30 seconds linear.
14C102 has a worldwide application of 50/60 Hz, and like all controllers in the FlexPak Plus series, it includes four quadrant models. Those quadrant models provide contactorless reversing and hold-back torque capability through 7.5 HP. This non-regenerative controller is complete with relay in the control circuit, which prevents automatic restarting after a power outage. Current limit control protects the drive and driven machine from damaging current and torque levels.
For easy installation purposes, wire entry is made directly to incoming power terminations. Plug connectors allow all for simple disconnection of leads. The Dynamic Braking Kit is available as an optional feature of this product for applications requiring quick motor stops. This controller is also available CSA certified.
