The 14C104 is a Non-Regenerative Controller with an Auxiliary Panel belonging to the FlexPak Plus Series manufactured by Reliance Electric.

Mount each chassis vertically and 2 inches apart to begin installation. Install the motor, then the disconnect, then the wire drive. Wire A-C power to the controller, wire the D-C motor to the controller, install the field supply, and wire the field supply. Wire the speed reference circuit and start up the controller. In order to set up 14C104, first verify the correct direction of the motor rotation. Determine the tachometer output polarity, adjust the minimum and maximum speeds, and adjust the drive acceleration and deceleration time. Then adjust the current limit and the IR drop compensation.

This controller is available CSA certified. The Torque Taper Kit, which allows for changing the speed-torque relationship, is available for all non-regenerative controllers in the the FlexPak Plus series.
