As part of the Reliance Electric FlexPak Plus series, 14C111 is a Regenerative Controller with an Auxiliary Panel.
14C111 is rated 7.5 in HP and carries an AC Input drive rating of 230 volts. Due to these ratings, the controller’s Input KVA is 11.04, the Armature Voltage is 180 volts, and the Rated Armature Current is 36.0 amperes. As a regenerative controller, this unit has an available field current of 3.0 amperes and an available field voltage of 200 volts.
There are many available plug-in kits for this series of controllers, including the Dynamic Braking Kit, the Reversing Contactor Kit, the Tachometer Feedback Kit, the Voltage Follower Kit, the Instrument Interface/Preset Kit, the Field Supply Kit, the Test Meter Adapter Kit, the Automatic Reversing Kit, the Auxiliary Contact Kit, and the Torque Taper Kit. Each of these kits is simple to connect to and disconnect from the main device.
The controller includes a number of adjustable settings. After verifying the correct direction of motor rotation and determining the tachometer output polarity, adjust the settings as necessary. Settings do not need to be adjusted in any particular order.
