14C61 was manufactured by reliance electric. This Basic Regenerative Controller does not have an auxiliary panel.
The horsepower for this drive is rated between 0.5-1.5, which allows for an A-C ampere rating between 3.5 and 10.5. The VAC is 230, the D-C armature is 180 volts, and the D-C armature averages 2.5-7.5 amperes. The optional D-C field is 200 volts, and the optional maximum is 3.0 amperes. This drive controller has a power supply capacity of 5000. The transformer max KVA/phase is 40, and the transformer full load KVA falls between 1.0 and 3.0.
The A-C Line Voltage variation is plus or minus 10% of the rated voltage, and the A-C frequency is 48-62 hz. The service factor is 1.0. The maximum load for 14C61 is 150% for one minute. The speed regulation has a voltage feedback of 1-2% and a tachometer feedback of 1% or 0.5%.
Follow the operational instruction manual for set -up and maintenance of the drive controller. If the regenerative controller is operated continuously on 50 Hz, remove two resistors from the Regulator Module for optimum performance.
To inspect the Current Scaling/Horsepower Jumper on the Regulator Module, follow these 3 steps: 1) Find the nameplate on the drive motor and note the full-load current. 2) Refer to Table 3C in the manual if the full-load current cannot be found on the nameplate. 3) Locate the scaling pins on the Regulator Module and reconnect the black pigtail jumper to the pins.
