About the 14c102u
Reliance Electric manufactures the FlexPak Plus series of Non-Regenerative Controllers with Auxiliary Panels. 14C102U is part of that FlexPak Plus series.
The AC Input drive rating of the controller is 230 volts and the horsepower is 1.5. Those ratings allow for an Input KVA ranging from 0.81 to 2.42 and a rated A-C line ranging from 3.5 to 10.5 amperes. The rated armature current is 2.5-7.5 amperes and the D-C armature voltage is 180. Acceptable service conditions include 5-95% non-condensing relative humidity.
Maximum speed adjustments can be made between 50-100% on the controller, and minimum speed adjustments can be made between 10-50% on the controller. Moreover, 0.5-30 seconds linear is the acceleration rate, and 0.5-30 seconds is the deceleration rate.
Relay in the control circuit prevents automatic restarting of the drive after a power outage. 14102U and its driven machine are protected from damaging current and torque levels by current limit control. Four quadrant models provide hold-back torque capability through 7.5 HP and contactorless reversing. The worldwide application is 50/60 Hz.
14102U is available CSA certified. For applications requiring quick motor stops, the The Dynamic Braking kit is available as an additional feature of this drive.
