802220-14VE is a Power Module in the FlexPak Plus series by Reliance Electric.
This Power Module has an AC Input of 460 VAC with 152 maximum amps, as wells as a DC Output of 500 VDC with 167 maximum amps. 802220-14VE has a Horse Power rating of 100 and comes standard in a chassis enclosure. The Short Circuit SYM RMS rating is 25,000 amps. The DC Field for this part is 300 volts with 15 maximum amps, and the Power Module runs at 50/60 Hz.
There is a circuit breaker in all FlexPak Plus DC drives that prevents Power Module failure due to an inverting fault. Always store the equipment in a dry, clean area at ambient temperatures between -40°F and 149°F. Violation of proper storage and management guidelines will result in voiding of the warranty. The Power Module can be identified by its nameplate.
Standard features include unidirectional operation, coast to rest, torque selection between 10-150%, and speed selection between 5-100%. The adjustable IR drop compensation is 0 to 12%), the adjustable minimum speed is 5 to 30%, and the adjustable maximum speed is 70 to 100%. The current limit is adjustable from 10 to 150% of the drive’s full-load current. Three incoming line current limiting fuses protect the Power Module from short circuiting. This part includes built-in field current loss protection.
Important: All phases of the A-C power line must be disconnected from the power module before it is safe to touch any internal parts of the equipment.
