About the 1AC4002U
The 1AC4002-U First Generation Three Phase AC VS Drive Controller has 460 VAC, a blank enclosure, 2 HP, and is UL Listed/CSA approved. A Local Operator’s Control Station can be found on the front of the cabinet on the controller.
The Three Phase AC VS Drive 1AC4002-U Controller has two LEDs that are found on the front cabinet of the Local Operator’s Control Station. The status of the drive (RUN) and fault condition (IET) can be known using the two LED indicator lights.
Among the features that come with the controller is a line-to-ground and line-to-line output short circuit protection. It also has a segregated start/stop and function loss circuitry. It also has a standard local device for speed control, start/stop function, and run/jog control. The extensions that come with the 1AC4002U controller also have adjustment pots that enable the change of acceleration rate, deceleration rate, maximum and minimum hertz, torque boost, current limit, and volts per hertz.
There are a lot of standard kit options that can be used together with the controller. One example kit that can be used together with the 1AC4002-U controller is the customer interface module. When using either a user-supplied operator’s device or a remote operator control’s station, the customer interface module is needed. The function of the customer interface module is to give segregation to the devices and process control input signal of between 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 VDC.
