About the 2GU22005
The 2GU22005 is a 5HP 230V 7.8KVA drive that is a 3-Phase AC GP2000 V*S drive. This drive was initially created by Reliance Electric, but it was also probably sold by Baldor Reliance or ABB. This drive oversaw maintaining and altering the voltage, speed, and frequency of a motor.
On the faceplate of the 2GU22005, there is a keypad that has a series of buttons and LEDs. There is a set of keys that will allow the operator to scroll through the motor speed data. There is a large red reset/stop button and a start button that is green. There are three buttons that are labeled set, mon, and pgm. There are three LED indicators and buttons that correspond to those LEDs. These are labeled fwd/rev, run/jog, and auto/man. There is a local and remote control set of LEDs. There is a 2-digit and 4-digit LED indicator that has the capability to display error codes, voltage, output frequencies, and motor RPM. There is a drive configuring LED.
Upon opening the 2GU22005, the user is presented with many different components. There is an outline of the keypad described above. This keypad is attached to a regulator using CN1 and CN2 connectors. This regulator is also connected to a lot of other components. These include but are not limited to a leakage current sensor, a fan, a power supply that has a base driver, and two different ACCTs. There are also places where an optional kit can be connected to the regulator using CN connectors. There is a precharge relay, a diode cube, a bus clamp, a voltage detecting resistor, and a transistor module.
