The 2GU41003 is a 3-Phase I/O GP2000 AC V*S Drive made by Reliance Electric. It may have also been in production through ABB and Baldor Reliance. None of these original manufacturers are offering support for this drive, but AX Control still tries to stock it. Please consult our website for part availability.

The 2GU41003 is encased in a NEMA 1 style enclosure. Unlike other drives, this model cannot be downshifted to having a single-phase rating. It does maintain ratings for 3-phase. It maintains a 3HP nominal HP range. It is rated 460 input volts and 5.1 maximum KVA. It has a max input amperage of 6.4, a max motor sine wave of 4.8 amps, and a max drive output of 5.3 amps. This drive has a 0-400 Hz frequency range.

The 2GU41003 has an adjustable drive configuration with 57 settings. It has a regenerative voltage and current limitations. It is IEC classified, UL Listed, and CSA certified.  It has a large-scale integration process and technology that aids in surface mounting. It has PWM control and a way to reduce motor noise using full-spectrum switching.

The 2GU41003 uses a digital microprocessor. This allows for a highly precise system that is mostly immune to noise and electromagnetic interference. This device has a keypad/LED display that easily configurable. There are 4-digit LEDs and 2-digit LEDs that report drive information and error codes. These LEDs also help to configure the drive. There are also LEDs that indicate forward/reversing and automatic/manual. There is an LED that is labeled program enable and a run/jog LED. There is a green run mode LED.
