About the 2GU41010

The 2GU41010 is a Reliance Electric produced AC V*S GP2000 series Drive drive. This drive protected by a NEMA 1 style enclosure. It is 10HP @ 0.8PF and 50/60Hz.  It is 13.7 KVA and has an AC input and output voltage of 460V. This drive has a maximum AC input amperage of 17.2A and a maximum output amperage of 14.2A. It has a max motor sine wave amperage of 12.9A. This device also has a short circuit system rating of 25kA.  This drive has a torque boost of 0-10% of the input voltage. It has a line variation of -10% to +10%. It has a 0-400Hz frequency rating. This drive should only be run in a non-condensing humidity of 5-95% and a temperature of -10 to +/-40 degrees Celsius.

The 2GU41010 has the ability to run two or more motors. These motors do require their own overload protection via motor relay or a motor thermostat. To mount the drive, make sure that it is arranged vertically with its input and output terminals located on the bottom. It is important to have sufficient air ventilation and that the surrounding apparatuses do not interfere with its running capacity.

The 2GU41010 uses Reliance Electric Instruction Manual D2-3166. Please consult this manual before installing anything to this drive. There is a strong possibility that this drive may have been in production under the Baldor Reliance or ABB product lines. None of these companies still offer support for the 2GU41010, but AX Control does attempt to keep it in stock.
