Marketed by Reliance Electric as a regulator board, the 0-56921-511AA model will be installed in GV3000 drives. It is unsure what specific modules it will be installed in, but it is known that it will be installed in models that are 1-5, 7.5-10, 15-25, or 25-60 HP due to the part breakdown. Two sections in the D2-3343 instruction guide detail the installation procedures of the 0-56921-511AA board. When replacing the regulator board within the drive, if the module has been panel mounted, it is best to remove it from the panel, as doing so makes installation much easier.
When installing the 0-56921-511AA regulator board, the keypad support bracket on the chosen GV3000 module must be removed; to remove the bracket, disconnect, lockout, and tag the power to the drive. Before performing other installation procedures, make sure the D-C bus capacitors have been discharged by waiting around five minutes. Proceed to remove the cover of the chosen GV3000 drives and then use a voltmeter to check that the voltage on the drive's A-C power input terminals has dissipated. Once all voltages have dissipated from the drive, the removal and installation of the regulator board can continue. For more installation and removal procedures, refer to sections one and two of the D2-3343 manual.
Please ensure that when installing this unit, extreme caution is taken to ensure that all voltage capacities have dissipated and that anti-static wristbands or clothing should be worn to prevent personal injury; if these steps are not taken, it could lead to an erratic drive, which could cause potential faults and property damage.

The biggest downside of the 0-56921-511AA model is the lack of information regarding what GV3000 drives the regulator board will be mounted in. Not knowing the specifics of the specific drive can cause potential faults and errors and could even lead to an erratic running drive if the correct board is not installed into the proper drive. - AX Control Tech
