The 0-56921-512AA is a Regulator PCB used on a GV3000 series AC Power Module. These controllers use a total of two regulator boards. This card is version 5.0. This board does not have a faceplate or an enclosure. It goes directly into a drive controller. This board slides into a bracket that is attached to the membrane switch keypad.
The 0-56921-512AA uses microprocessors to regulate the drive controller. It uses the keypad to enter the proper parameters to adjust drive operations. It has the ability to recognize different feedback signals from the power circuits. It can read external speed reference signals and heat sensor feedback this is coming from internal components. It can read information that is coming from a pulse tachometer as long as it is set up to regulate the vector.
The 0-56921-512AA allows IGBT powered devices to receive PWM gating signals. It has the ability to form for drive status indicators using A/B contacts. It has the power to provide analog output and a braking signal to the snubber resistor. It has 14 LED indicators and can display data on a 4-digit display. This display has the capacity to show error codes, drive parameters and the values of those parameters.
