About the 0-56926-20
The 0-56926-20 module is a component part of the GV3000 AC Drives. These devices were designed and built by the Reliance Electric division of electromechanics. The GV3000 AC Drives are designed with a series of internal components each with a specific purpose and role in general purpose, SVC and FVC vector regulation. The 0-56926-20 is designed as a Current Feedback printed circuit board.
The 0-56926-20 Current Feedback PCB module is designed to accept and process the feedback signals received from the GV3000 drive’s internal microprocessor module. This microprocessor sends out the feedback signals as well as an external speed reference signal, which is adjustable by the user (utilizing the GV3000 Drive’s keypad). The 0-56926-20 is also able to accept the data provided by an attached encoder module, which is set up to the motor (regulated with flux vector control).
The 0-56926-20 Current Feedback PCB module sends the feedback signals to the isolated drive modules that are integrated into the Gate Driver printed circuit board. Once the feedback signals are sent to the Gate Driver PCB, the insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) produce a pulse-width modulated waveform that corresponds to selected speed or frequency (based on the GV3000 drive’s regulation control setting).
To successfully install the GV3000 Drive into your industrial work setting, there are several requirements that should be double checked before installation. One of these is the quality of the integrated PCB units.
AX Control Inc. has several of the GV3000 component circuit boards available. Each of the models in stock are optimized and reconditioned by our staff of on-site technicians.
