About the 0-56926-50
Model number 0-56926-50 is a replacement current feedback board used with the GV3000 drives from Reliance Electric LTD. These devices were manufactured and produced as items from their electromechanical series of products. When the 0-56926-50 board has been inserted into the chosen GV3000 drive, it must be noted that it can only work with drives that operate on one, two, three, or five HP at 460 VAC drives.
The 0-56926-50 Current Feedback circuit board is designed for the feedback signals of the GV3000 drive’s microprocessor to be accepted and processed. The 0-56926-50 can accept the data and the adjustable external speed reference signals provided by the GV3000 drive’s encoder module attachment as well.
The 0-56926-50 then sends the received feedback signals to be processed by the GV3000 Drive’s isolated drive modules, a component of the other printed circuit board, the Gate Driver PCB unit. Once the drive modules process the feedback signals, the IGBTs create a pulse width modulated waveform corresponding to the speed or frequency (this depends on the vector regulation method selected, either sensorless vector control or flux vector control).
Prior to installation, the 0-56926-50 board needs to be double-checked and properly functional before installing the GV3000 drive, as it may cause the unit to become damaged by the electrical power intake upon starting it.
There is only one readily available manual that can be used when installing the 0-56926-50 board, which is the VTAC 7 D203372 User's Guide. This manual includes how the current feedback board will be used with GV3000 drives in conjunction with the regulator board.
