About the 0-56950-40
The 0-56950-40 is one of the many devices that are built as component units for the GV3000 series of motor controller AC drives. This series was built as a set of controller modules for low-volt input motors. The GV3000 series was set up with a series of regulations, mostly vector-based. The two vector regulation settings are flux vector control and sensorless vector control. The other one is a general-purpose motor regulation, which is designed over a scalar Volt/Hertz regulation.
Both the GV3000 AC Drives and their circuit board attachments were developed and originally produced by Reliance Electric Ltd. Their electromechanical division no longer has these devices in production, but AX Control Inc. is able to provide their AC Drives and circuit boards as a part of our inventory.
The 0-56950-40 was designed as a power supply board for the GV3000 series. This unit is similar in construction to the other internal components, as it is a printed circuit board. Its primary function is to compensate and regulate the GV3000 for any excess voltage it may receive from the external power source. It achieves this due to the integrated line synching jumper modules. The W1 and W2 modules are required to be aligned with the GV3000’s in order to function properly.
While installing this printed circuit board, ensure that you are safely and properly grounded and are outfitted with the standard safety equipment.
AX Control Inc is able to provide this device with a comprehensive warranty, which is automatic upon purchase.
