About the 100V4060

The 100V4060 is a 460 VAC 100 HP Reliance Electric GV3000/SE AC Drive.  This drive is rated 60 Hz and 75 KW. The drive is 3-Phase and is encased in a NEMA 1 enclosure. This unit has an IEC enclosure rating of IP00.    

The 100V4060 is typically used to control AC induction motors. It comes with a PWM Inverter that has IGBTs. It has the ability to swap between 3 frequencies. These frequencies are 2 kHz, 4 kHz, and 8 kHz. It has an AC line frequency of 48 Hz to 62 Hz.  It has an AX line voltage of +/- 10% of the rated input voltage. This drive is 634/696 mm tall, 235 mm wide, and 354 mm deep. It weighs roughly 35 kg. This drive should only be used in temperatures between 32-131 degrees Fahrenheit if it is panel mounted.

On the front of the 100V4060, you can see the built-in keypad and the RS-232 connector that comes on the regulator board. The keypad has a 7-segment LED display that shows error codes. There are air vents at the bottom of the drive which promotes air circulation to the internal circuitry of the drive.
