About the 15V2260
The 15V2260 is a GV3000/SE AC 15HP 200-230 VAC Drive originally produced by Reliance Electric. It possibly was also put into production by ABB or Reliance Electric depending on when its production dates were.
The 15V2260 is the 6.04 version of this particular drive. It is classified as a pulse-width-modulation drive that has the power to swap between using general-purpose (V/Hz) regulation or vector regulation. This drive has the capacity to have a 150% output current for 1 minute when it is selected for vector regulation. It is rated 24.1 KVA and has a 375W power loss. It has a max input amperage of 60.5 and max output amps of 53.3.
The 15V2260 is in a NEMA 12 rated chassis that is dust/drip-tight. It is not vented and only should be used in indoor environments. Beneath the chassis, are several important drive components including but not limited to two fan assemblies (one is internal), a keypad with an attached mounting bracket, a regulator board, a PISC PCB, and a GVPB PCB. The regulator board actually slides into the mounting bracket that is connected to the keypad and provides the 7-segment 4-digit LED display that can be seen on the keypad. This LED has the ability to display drive parameter information and various drive error codes. The keypad plugs into the J9 connector on the regulator board. There is a user I/O terminal strip and an RS-232 communications port also located on the regulator board. The user has the ability to plug in a PC into the 9-Pin D-shell RS-232 port.
