The 15V4260 is a 15HP 380/460VAC 3-Phase GV3000/SE Drive Controller made by Reliance Electric. Depending on when its initial manufacturing dates were, this controller may have been produced and sold by Baldor Reliance or ABB.

The 15V4260 is a controller that is rated for 20.2 KVA. It has an input amperage of 25.4 and output amps of 21. It has a full load power loss wattage of 375. It has the ability to swap between standard V/Hz regulation to vector regulation. When this happens, the vector regulation has the ability to cause a 150% output capacity for 1 minute.  This controller is protected by a NEMA 12 type enclosure that weighs 15.75 kg and is 288 mm wide, 463 mm tall, and 238.1 mm thick. A NEMA 12 enclosure is not vented, is drip/dust-tight, and is meant to be located in indoor environments only.

The 15V4260 has standard internal components that include fan assemblies, power supply PCB, gate driver board, regulator board, power board, IGBT module, diode bridge, capacitor PCB, and a keypad display that has a mounting bracket attached to it. The mounting bracket on the keypad supports the regulator board that is mounted behind it. The regulator PCB is important because it uses microprocessors to regulate the controller. The user has the ability to use the keypad to alter the parameters of the drive. The display on the keypad allows the user to scroll through these parameters, monitor the drive, and read drive error codes. There is a connection on the regulator board where optional circuit boards may be used.
