Product Description

Model number 15v2150 is one of the GV3000 Drives produced by Reliance Electric. When being operated the drive has specific input and output amperages, for example, the amperages for this model are as follows; the maximum input amperage of this drive is 60.5 amperes, and the maximum output amperage of this drive is 53.3 amperes. A specific enclosure is used with the 15v2150 model. Typically the fifth character in the order code denotes the enclosure type, the one indicates that the enclosure that will be equipped on this drive is NEMA 1. The NEMA 1 enclosure is vented and has an easily accessible communication access door that has easy access to the communication ports without removing the entire cover. Please note that this device due to its NEMA 1 enclosure is generally only intended for indoor uses. 

There are specific components that make up the whole of the 15v2150 drive. The primary components of the drive are as follows; two baseboards one being a GVPB board and the other being a PISC board, a keypad/bracket membrane switch, a regulator printed circuit board, an internal assembly, and a fan assembly. The regulator circuit board is vital to the operation of the 15v2150 drive as it will perform all of the required regulations, the board will accept an external speed reference signal, internal heat sensor feedback, data from pulse tachometers, and power circuit feedback signals.
