About the 1V2150
The 1V2150 is a GV3000 AC Drive that was 1HP and 200-230 VAC. It was initially created through Reliance Electric, but it could have also been sold by ABB or Baldor Reliance contingent on its production years. This is version 5.0 of this drive and is no longer being supported by Reliance because newer versions of this drive have been released. AX Control does try to keep it in stock.
The 1V2150 is 50/60Hz and 2.4 KVA. It has an input amperage of 6.1A and an output amperage of 5.1 A. The drive maintains a power wattage loss of 60W. This drive has the capacity to use both vector or V/Hz regulation. When using V/Hz, the drive can have a 110% continuous output current. When the vector regulation is in use a 150% overload can be achieved for one minute.
The 1V2150 is in a standard NEMA 1 style enclosure. It is vented and had a door that gives the user access to an RS-232 port without needing to remove the cover off of the enclosure. It is only meant for indoor applications. This enclosure is protecting the internal components that make up the drive. These components include two fan assemblies (one is internal), a membrane switch (keypad with a bracket), a GVPB board, a regulator, and a PISC board. The regulator board can be attached to the keypad by using the mounting bracket that is attached to the keypad. The regulator is slid into the bracket directly behind the keypad so that its display is visible on the keypad.
