About the 1V2160
The 1V2160 is a 1HP GV3000/SE 3-Phase AC Drive from Reliance Electric. Depending on when its production dates were, it may have also been sold by ABB and/or Baldor Reliance.
The 1V2160 uses a 12A rated fuse. It is 200-230 VAC and 50/60 Hz. It is 2.4 KVA with a 60-watt power loss. It has a maximum of 6.1 input amps and a max 5.1 output amperage.
The 1V2160 comes standard in a NEMA 1 rated chassis. The chassis is vented and has an access door that can be lifted to reveal an RS-232 communications port. A cable can be run from this port to a PC. This drive should only be used in indoor environments. Under this protective chassis are a number of very important components. These circuit boards and components include a PISC board, two fan assemblies, a GVPB PCB, a regulator, and a keypad that has a mounting bracket. The regulator slides directly into a mounting bracket on the keypad and should be arranged so that the 7-segment 4-digit LED display is visible on the keypad. These LEDs have the capability of indicating error codes and drive parameters. The keypad plugs into the regulator using the J9 connection. There is also a terminal strip that the user can connect I/Os into.
There are several important features on the keypad/ display panel on the 1V2160. There is the 4-digit LED display, 14 LED indicators, a stop/reset key, a start key, 2 arrow keys, a program and enter key, and three keys labeled run/jog, auto/man, and forward/reverse. The 14 LED indicators are password, monitor mode, and drive status LEDs.
