About the 1V4151
The 1V4151 is a PWM GV3000 AC Drive that is 380-460 VAC and 1HP. It was originally made by Reliance Electric by was possibly also sold through ABB or Baldor Reliance.
The 1V4151 is digital 3-Phase, 50/60 Hz, and .75 kilowatts. It has a 30 kA short circuit rating and has a 2.5 amp input/2.1 amp output. It is rated at 2KVA with a 60w power loss. This drive can be rated for volt/hertz regulation or for vector regulation. A fuse that is rated 6 amps should be used with this drive.
The 1V4151 is in a NEMA 1 chassis. This chassis has air vents that help to promote airflow to its internal devices. It has a small flap that allows the user to access an RS-232 connection providing a way to connect a PC directly to the drive. It is important to make sure this drive has a very secure panel mounting. It should be installed onto a flat surface using the 4 factory-drilled holes on the back panel of the drive. M6 washers and bolts should be used to secure the drive into place. This installation hardware is sold separately from this drive and should be supplied by the user.
When replacing or installing new internal PCBs or modules to the 1V4151, it is vital to use an anti-static wrist band to prevent any type of static to buildup and possibly short out the internal circuitry. Please read the instruction manual for this drive before attempting to install or alter it.
