Reliance Electric Limited is responsible for their series of motor control units, the GV3000 lineup. They have produced several other lines of motor controllers. These series are all available from AX Control Inc. as a part of our wide-spanning inventory of both used and brand new surplus hardware.

The GV3000 line was built as a motor controller series with a set of three different operational methods. The three methods include a voltage/frequency control method, which is the general purpose motor control, and then a pair of vector-based control methods; Flux Vector Control (FVC), and Sensorless Vector Control (SVC). Flux Vector Control is able to control the motor, as well as receive data signal feedback from the GV3000 encoder module attachment, while Sensorless Vector Control is unable to process those signals.

This unit listed is the 200v4060 model of the GV300 AC Drives. It is rated to operate at a max speed of 200 horsepower, the minimum speed being 30 HP. The operational intake voltage is 380 V/AC to a maximum intake of 460 V/AC.
