Product Description

Reliance Electric created the 25G4260 as a 3-Phase 25HP Drive for the GV3000/SE series. There is a possibility that depending on when it was in production, it could have been sold by ABB and Baldor Reliance.

The 25G4260 is a 29.5 KVA 50/60HZ drive that can use either the standard V/Hz type of regulation or vector regulation. This drive has an input voltage of 380-460 VAC. It has an input amperage rating of 37A and an output of 30.4 amps. It has a full load power loss wattage that is 600W.

The 25G4260 is encased by a type 12 NEMA enclosure. This enclosure is dust and drip-tight and is not meant for outdoor use. Within this enclosure the main drive components include but are not limited to a power PCB, a power supply, a current feedback board, a capacitor card with input capacitors, a regulator, a fan assembly with a wire harness, a diode bridge, an IGBT PCB, a gate driver, and a keypad/display board. The regulator board is attached to the drive behind the keypad. The 7-segment 4-digit display on the keypad is actually connected to the regulator board. The regulator also has an RS-232 communications serial port and a user I/O terminal strip.

On the 25G4260, the keypad has many functional components. It has a display area for the 7-segment LED from the regulator to plug into. This LED will alert the user to any error codes and will allow them to see drive parameter information. There are also a series of 14 LEDs that indicate the drive’s status and operating mode currently selected.
