About the 2V4150
The 2V4150 is a GV3000/SE 2HP AC Drive from Reliance Electric. This drive comes with a 5.0 Version regulator board but does not come with option boards installed unless requested when a customer is placing an order. The 2V4150 is a highly reliable and easily programmable AC Drive.
The 2V4150 has a 380/460 VAC, 4.2 amp, 3-phase, 50/60 Hz, 3.3 KVA input rating. It also has a 380/460 VAC, 3.4 amps @ 8 kHz output. It has a full load power loss of 100 watts. It is also rated 1.5 kw and has a 30 kA short circuit rating. This drive can use V/Hz or vector user-selected regulation.
The 2V4150 is in a NEMA 1 type enclosure. There is a heat sink on the back of the 2v4150 and brackets that can be used to attach the drive to its mounting surface. Next to the heat sink are three wire and cable holes. On the right side of the drive is a label that has the major information for the drive on it. Below the drive statistics label on the enclosure, there is a label that displays the fault codes and a brief description of them. These are the fault codes that can be displayed on the user interface.
The user interface on the 2v4150 has a 7-segment 4-digit LED, 14 LED indicators, and 9 keys. The 14 LED indicators are labeled Password, Program, Running, Speed, Torque, Reverse, Remote, Volts, Kw, Forward, Jog, Amps, kW, and Forward. There are two up/down arrow keys, a Forward/Reverse key, an Enter key, a Stop/Reset key, an Auto/MAN key, a Start key, a Program key, and a Run/Jog key. The 7-segment 4-digit LED display is actually featured on the regulator card and is a user I/O terminal strip and the 9-pin RS-232 communications port that is behind the communication access door.
