About the 300ET4060
The 300ET4060 drive is equipped with a keypad and display that will present the status of the drive at that moment. There are eight status LEDs which are pass, rev, fwd, jog, auto, run, rem, and prog. Most of the LEDs only have two statuses but the fwd, rev, and rem LEDs have three statuses on, off, and flashing. When the LED relating to the rem is flashing it indicates that the network connection previously established has been lost; when the LED is off it indicates that the drive is being completely controlled from the keypad; the LED being on and not flashing indicates that the drive is currently being controlled by a source other than the keypad on the drive.
There are three parameter types available on the 300ET4060, read-only, tunable, and configurable. Each of the parameters has different descriptions for example the tunable parameter can be changed and adjusted while the drive is running or if the drive has been stopped. One of the parameter examples is P.010 which is the terminal strip's analog input gain which will typically compensate for the tolerance errors or potentially an insufficient voltage from the reference source also at the terminal strip. It should be noted that the terminal strip analog input will not be used when the drive is being used as a vector torque reference.
During the operation of the GV3000 bookshelf drive errors, alarms, and faults will be displayed on the front keypad of the 300ET4060 drive. There is an error log available on the drive which will store all of the fault codes that have occurred on the system.
