About the 3V2460
The 3V2460 Drive from Reliance Electric’s GV3000 series features 3HP, a 200-230 VAC input voltage rating, and an estimation of 60Hz. Other relevant specifications for this particular drive include its updated regulator version, which stands rated at a capable 6.0. Considering the input KVA rating of 5.5, the maximum input amps for the 3V2460 model is rated as 13.8, while the drive has a maximum output amp of 12.3. This particular model features a dual-baseboard system, including both a PISC board and a GVPB board as well.
A potential fault in the 3V2460 drive has been observed to be an Input phase loss, represented on the drive’s interface as the code “IPL.” This loss is caused by a ripple of voltage on the drive’s DC bus caused by a missing input phase, a general imbalance between phases, or a combination of the two.
One other relevant fault observed in owners of the 3V2460 drive is a network communication loss. This fault, signified by the nCL code on the drive’s interface, describes any instance where communications with the AutoMax network have been lost. Corrective action for this fault includes checking the network cabling between the network master and its connecting network option board. Additional checks to the network master may be required if an issue is not discovered with the network cabling.
