Reliance Electric AC Power Supply Module number 3V4151 is one of the drives that operate on a horsepower rating of three. Two types of regulation can be selected to operate this model which are V/Hz (Volts/Hertz) and vector. When observing the order code the fourth character will denote the enclosure rating associated with the device, the one in this order code indicates that the enclosure will be NEMA 1, NEMA 1 enclosures are vented and are only rated for uses in indoor environments. Note that there is a communication access door that will allow the user to access the communication ports without removing the exterior door. Within the aforementioned manual, the primary components are listed for models with one to five horsepower ratings, as the 3V4151 model has a horsepower rating of three the main components of this model are as follows:

• Internal Fan Assembly

• Regulator PCB (Printed Circuit Board)

• Fan Assembly

• Current Feedback PCD

• Capacity PCB/Input Capacitors

• Membrane Switch (Keypad/Bracket)

All of the components listed are vital to the operation of the 3V4151 model. The main purpose of the regulator PCB is to accept several signal types such as data from an attached pulse tachometer, external speed reference signals, internal heat sensor feedback, and power circuit feedback signals. 

To ensure that you are installing the 3V4151 model in a location with enough room for ventilation ensure that space is available on all sides of the model.
