About the 60H4260
Model number 60H4260 is one of the VTAC 7 GV3000 Drives produced by Reliance Electric. This model has a standard mount feature denoted by the H within the order number. This particular model is part of a Reliance Electric GV3000 legacy series; therefore may have been manufactured by Baldor Electrical, Rockwell Automation, or by ABB after the eventual discontinuation of manufacturing GV3000 series products, dependent on the drive's manufacturing date. This model is available for both repair and replacement through us at AX control, with a standard lead repair time of one to two weeks.
Hardware Tips and Specifications
During operation, the model will operate at an input voltage of 460 VAC. The enclosure rating on this model, which is represented by the 2 in the order code, is NEMA 12. NEMA 12 enclosures are used when the model requires a drip-tight and dust-tight enclosure, this enclosure type will only be used in indoor environments.
There are specific inputs, outputs, and power loss watts used with the 60H4260 model. The input KVA which is also known as the kilovolt-amperage, for this drive is 71.7. The power loss watts at full load on this device is 1200, which is also the same as the 50H VTAC 7 drives. The input amp used with this drive is 90.0. Occasionally there are different carrier frequencies used with the output amps, the standard carrier frequency for the 60H4260 drive is 8 kHz with the output amps being at 78.0.
A regulator board is the main component of all VTAC 7 GV3000 drives. Due to the different horsepowers associated with the large number of drives, there are two different regulator board types, 200-400 HP or 1-200 HP, since the 60H4260 model sits at 60 HP the regulator board used with this drive is the 1-200 HP regulator board. The power module interface used with this specific regulator board and drive is a twenty-six-pin J5 ribbon power module feedback cable. For the remaining components of the 1-200 HP regulator board components refer to Figure 2.2 in the D2-3372 VTAC 7 User’s Guide.
Software Tips and Specifications
Many first-time or even experienced users of GV3000 drives understand that even the most well-maintained of vintage or refurbished drives may experience functionality problems in the form of specific faults. These faults, represented by a series of simple, specific codes on the drive's communicative built-in keypad, are defined in more detail in Reliance Electrics' Software Start-Up and Reference Manual D2-3359-6. One fault that may specifically impact owners of the 60H4160 drive exists in the spurious host PC comm interrupt fault, represented by the fault code UAr on the drive's GV3000-standard built-in LED keypad display. This fault is always deemed to be caused by the drive's regulator board failure, and can only be rectified with the right corrective action of replacing the regulator board entirely. Please ensure that you have the horsepower of regulator board before installation to avoid an occurrence of this UAr fault.
Compatibilities
