Reliance Electric was the company that made the 75T4160 AC drive, which was designed to be a part of the GV3000 product line. The GV3000 product line is now deemed what is called a “legacy series,” which means that its products, including the 75T4160 AC drive, are no longer being produced by its original manufacturer. However, we here at AX Control understand that many people still need these drives for their facilities, and therefore we do our best to keep those products in stock. The 75T4160 AC drive is equipped with the NEMA 1 enclosure. The NEMA 1 enclosure is designed for drives that are used indoors for general purpose applications. The NEMA 1 enclosure is vented and has a small door for access to the communication port. This ensures that the user does not have to remove the 75T4160 AC drive’s cover to access the communication port.

The 75T4160 AC drive has the V/Hz selected regulation, which means that the drive comes equipped with 110% output current capability continuously. The 75T4160 AC drive’s input is rated so that is has 100 kVA, 126 A, and 360 through 480 VAC. Unlike most of the other AC drives in the GV3000 product line, the 75T4160 AC drive’s output amperage differs with every kHz level you take into account. These output amperage ratings are listed here: 2 kHz = 116 A, 4 kHz = 93 A, and 8 kHz = 70 A.
