About the 75V4060

Reliance Electric has an extensive network of GV3000 drives, the 75V4060 drive is one of the bookshelf drives in the series. This specific drive will operate on 75 HP, as noted by the first two characters within the model number. The input voltage range used with this drive is 380 to 460 VAC. The regulator version of this model is Vector or V/Hz with 6.0 firmware. 

There are different components with each drive depending on the horsepower that the chosen drive will operate on. The 75V4060 model is one of the drives in the 60-100 HP drives and has sixteen key components. The sixteen key components are a gate drive printed circuit board (PCB), D-C bus fuse, keypad, 24 VDC fan, precharge contactor, precharge resistor, output reactor, intelligent power module interface PCB, regulator PCB, bus charge resistor, ground fault transformer, diode bridge, right and left bus clamp PCBs, and an intelligent power module PCB. The locations of all of these components can be found in the GV3000/SE AC Bookshelf Drive Hardware Reference, Installation, and Troubleshooting Manual D2-3360-5 in Figure 2.6. 

As mentioned above there is a regulator board associated with the 75V4060 drive. There are specific components associated with the regulator board of this drive, which requires a 60-150 HP regulator board. The components are a sixty-pin J16 ribbon cable, a J17 analog output jumper, a J8 RS232C port, an optional J7 OIM connector, a J9 keypad/display connector, a J4 analog input jumper, and a J3 option board connector. The locations of these jumpers and connectors can be found in the aforementioned manual in Figure 2.10.
