Product Description
GV3000 bookshelf drive 896.09.11 runs on a Volts/Hertz (V/Hz) current rating of 34.0 amperes. The 896.09.11 number is the European stock number for the US model number 300ER4060. The ER within the US model number indicates whether or not the drive has a CE filter; this drive does not. The voltage used during the operation of the drive is in the range of 380 to 460 VAC. The enclosure, which is designated by the 0 following the 4 in the US model number is IP20. IP20 enclosures are not water-tight but will protect the drive against any solid objects larger than twenty millimeters.
There is another part number associated with the 896.09.11 drive which is referred to as the catalog number. The catalog number is GV3000E-AC030-AA-DBU which will indicate the nominal inverter current, the motor power when operating at 400 VAC, and the inverter versions. The last two sections, AA-DBU, indicate the inverter type of this drive, the inverter type is the most basic version with a braking unit and DC-bus terminals. The motor power and nominal current depend on the chosen regulator mode, for example, when the drive is in vector mode the motor power will be 11 kW and the nominal inverter current will be 22 A.
There are three carrier frequencies used for the output current ratings on the 896.09.11 drive, the frequencies are all kHz and the values are 2, 4, and 8 kHz. The two values are nominal amperage and maximum percentage. The maximum percentage for each frequency is 110%. The differing nominal amperages are as follows; 30 A at 2 kHz, 24 A at 4 kHz, and 16.5 A at 8 kHz.
